Child Rescue International operates in over 400 children’s homes (government operated boarding schools / orphanages) throughout Ukraine, Moldova and Romania. These homes rely heavily upon our support to meet immediate needs such as food and clothing.  For the children’s long-term needs we provide hygiene products, limited medical help, occupational training, emotional and spiritual support programs.  This work is conducted by CRI coordinators, who along with volunteers, regularly visit the homes, developing friendships and providing counsel and love.  We desire to help prepare the children for living beyond their years in the institutional home.

Our help and assistance is given to the children through the homes without regard to their religion, ethnic or political background.
