We recognized that as followers of Christ, we have a responsibility to feed the poor both physically and spiritually, and that both aims are inseparable.  Our Christian Outreach program helps meet the spiritual needs of people to whom we minister and is integrated into our humanitarian aid programs.

Christian Outreach is done through the distribution of Bible and Christian literature for adults, families and children.   All children in Child Rescue International institutions receive a Bible.  When old enough, children are encouraged to participate in our Bible Correspondence Course.  In addition, we support local churches and Christian leaders by providing literature, Bible studies and Sunday School classes for children.   Of special importance is our work in China, where we concentrate our assistance on the still persecuted homes churches among minority people, though the provision of Bibles and other Christian literature.
