"Reaching people for Christ: helping thousands of people out of poverty into a sustainable future"

Mission Without Borders mentioned in a Moldovan Newpaper

The local newspaper,'Nord Info'from Edinet District, in Moldova, wrote:

"There is a saying: 'The one who initiates and shares good deeds is like the sower who sows the seed on the field.'  Such words can be attributed to "Mission Without Borders," an international organization which has existed for over half a century and is working with "Ray of Light" Christian church. The representative of this organization and the coordinator of the north of Moldova, is Aftinesku Alexander, a compassionate and good-natured man, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.

For nearly two years, the organization has worked with the students of V. Suhomlinskii theoretical lyceum in EdineŇ£, helping children from poor, large and socially vulnerable families. The children receive assistance that consists of clothes, shoes, food. During Christmas and New Year holidays gifts are also offered to other students from the lyceum. We, as their parents, want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the organization and the coordinator for their receptivity, care, attention and kindness shown to our children.

The children's parents from the "Snowflake" kindergarten No.1, EdineŇ£, also give you the warmest thanks for the support provided. Such assistance was an unexpected surprise for both children and parents. More than 60 children got brand new shoes (winter boots, sneakers), outerwear, and the kindergarten - brand new, bright toys.

The students and the children's parents are sincerely grateful to "Mission Without Borders", the sponsors and all the employees. We wish them peace, health and success in their noble endeavors. Thank you very much!"
